Booking A session with SDS Creative Co? Here's what you need to know..
General Model Release

The Model grants SDS Creative Company, LLC, (SDS Creative Co or SDS) the irrevocable right to capture, use, and distribute photographs and videos for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to commercial, editorial, promotional, and artistic projects, without further compensation.

The Model understands and agrees that:

  • SDS has full ownership rights to the images and may edit, alter, or combine the images for creative purposes.
  • The images may be published in digital or print formats, including but not limited to magazines, social media, websites, and advertisements.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee Acknowledgement

Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy

At SDS , we strive to provide a seamless and professional experience for all our clients. To secure your photo session booking, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee is essential to reserve your session and ensure the necessary preparations are in place.

Why is the Booking Fee Non-Refundable?

  1. Time and Resources: Booking your session blocks our time exclusively for you, preventing other clients from reserving the same slot.
  2. Session Preparations: The fee covers initial planning, administrative tasks, and any upfront costs associated with your session.
  3. Commitment Assurance: By securing the session with a booking fee, we can guarantee your time slot and prioritize your needs.
Session Agreement & Policies
I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame.
SDS Understands that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. SDS has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify SDS Modeling Co at t 6819455700 or admin@sdsmodelingco.com as soon as possible to reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. In such cases, the booking fee will be applied to your rescheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy enables us to maintain a high standard of service and ensure availability for all clients.

Copyright & Policies

 As a client of SDS Creative Co I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by SDS Creative Co and its photographers are protected by federal copyright laws.

It is illegal to scan, copy, print, or reproduce these images without the permission of SDS Modeling Co and the photographers. Violators of this law will face civil and criminal penalties. A limited print release is provided with the purchase of my session, along with high-resolution digital files. This limited print release does not permit publication through chain labs (such as Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Snapfish, etc.), selling, screenshots, or altering the images in any way.

The print release allows downloading, saving to a hard drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media with photographer acknowledgment, and printing from authorized printers for photos approved by SDS Creative Co. By booking with SDS Creative Co, I commit to honoring the above terms


Communication & Boundries
SDS Modeling Company, LLC prioritizes clear communication and mutual respect during all shoots.
Model’s Responsibility: The Model is encouraged to communicate openly about any poses, actions, or themes they are uncomfortable with, both before and during the shoot.
Photographer’s Responsibility: SDS agrees to respect the Model’s boundaries and adjust as necessary. SDS cannot guarantee awareness of discomfort unless communicated directly by the Model.
By booking with SDS Creative Co, the Model acknowledges their responsibility to speak up and set clear boundaries, fostering a safe and productive collaboration.
Specific Guidelines For Adult Themes
  • Eligibility: Shoots involving adult themes, including boudoir, creative, editorial, or other themed commissions, are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and older.
  • Explicit Consent: By signing this Agreement, Models aged 18 and older provide consent to participate in adult-themed photoshoots, including nudity or suggestive poses.
  • Image Usage: The Model understands that their images may be shared via SDS media platforms, including the SDS website, social media (where applicable), SDS digital subscription package, and other approved platforms as indicated on the next section.
    • Intellectual Property Rights
  • Ownership: The Model acknowledges that all images, videos, and creative content captured during the shoot are the intellectual property of SDS Modeling Company, LLC.
  • Permitted Use: The Model may use finalized, approved images provided by SDS for personal portfolios, self-promotion, or non-commercial use. The Model agrees not to alter or edit these images without the express written consent of SDS.
  • Restrictions: The Model will not sell, license, or use the images for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission and, if applicable, agreeing to terms for revenue sharing or fees.
  • SDS retains the exclusive right to sell, license, or distribute the images for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Liability Waiver

    The Model releases SDS Modeling Company, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims of emotional or physical distress resulting from the photoshoot, provided it adheres to the agreed terms.

    Indemnification Clause

    The Model agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SDS Modeling Company, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

    1. Third-party disputes regarding wardrobe, props, or concepts used during the shoot.
    2. Misrepresentation by the Model (e.g., false claims of exclusivity or unauthorized distribution of images).
    3. Any personal actions taken by the Model during or after the shoot that result in legal claims or reputational harm to SDS.

    This clause does not waive SDS’s responsibility to uphold the terms of this Agreement or provide a safe and professional shoot environment.

    Model Age Clarification

    By booking a session with SDS Creative Co the Model certifies that they:

    1. Are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s signature (if under 18).
    2. Have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
